PTFE Release Agent – IC230
Dry PTFE based lubricant for quick and clean assembly and dismantling.
An effective dry film, non-staining lubricant for use where wet oils would be undesirable. For use in the assembly of metal components and the lubrication of machine slides, cams and cutting shears in engineering applications.

Application
Shake can well before use and spray onto clean, dry surface from 20- 25cm. Allow to penetrate. Coating will be touch dry in 5 minutes.
Technical Data
Appearance: Opaque milky free flowing liquid. White powdery appearance when dry.
Odour: Solvent.
Contents: Blend of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in acetone with butane/propane propellant.
Storage: Below 50°C
Flash Point: 0°C
Temperature Range: For use at ambient temperatures. (Dry film: -200°C to 250°C)
Relative Density: 0.65
